Title:                           Senior Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Manager

Classification:            Exempt

Type:                          Hybrid (Remote Fridays)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to support the Marketing Director in building and elevating the AMA Group Brand.

This role will be a first-level Manager where you direct, control, and monitor all project activities. You will make decisions to achieve defined goals. Success in meeting team objectives has a significant impact on the group.

Role Responsibilities:

As the Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will understand the company services and brand. In your role you will:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and internal teams on marketing materials for company qualifications, proposals (RFPs/RFQs) and presentation decks
  • Create, and keep current, all marketing materials such as project sheets, resumes, brochures and presentations
  • Manage tasks effectively and provide the most comprehensive marketing support to the leadership teams
  • Mentor and train marketing assistants
  • Assist in organizing market research and provide feedback


Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing or related discipline

Experience:

  • Ideally would have a minimum 4 years of marketing experience; AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) industry experience preferred
  • Adobe InDesign experience required
  • Knowledge of digital marketing/social media/content creation (Vimeo, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ability to work in DNN website platform to assist in maintaining company websites
  • Proficiency (2+ years) of experience in graphic design

Salary Range: $95-110K

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
