Marketing Coordinator
Description
This role supports the team’s Federal Market sector, focusing on strategic growth, and pursuit, execution, and capture. This position requires a blend of expertise in capture and proposal coordination to collaboratively increase market share and position by driving high-quality submissions, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the firm’s presence in the federal A/E industry.
The Federal Capture Specialist will lead and support the preparation of RFPs, RFQs, SF330s, SOQs, proposals, and presentations, while coordinating cross-functional efforts that align with the market sector’s strategic goals. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and production of federal proposals, qualifications, and SF330 submissions from kickoff to delivery.
Gather, organize, and maintain accurate information such as project descriptions, resumes, and narratives.
Develop and tailor content to address solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria, and agency priorities.
Collaborate with technical staff, project managers, and leadership to produce compelling, compliant, technically, and visually engaging submissions.
Maintain and update opportunity data, project records, and pursuit status within Deltek Vision/CRM and GovWin.
Support federal business development initiatives, including client research, market analysis, and partner outreach.
Coordinate with teaming partners and subconsultants on proposal inputs, compliance, and document management.
Assist in preparing and coordinating interview presentations and other shortlisted deliverables.
Secondary Responsibilities
Develop and maintain collateral, project sheets, and qualifications packages for the federal sector.
Support communications plan as related to federal growth initiatives.
Ensure consistent application of brand standards and messaging across all federal materials.
Participate in ongoing federal sector training and maintain familiarity with procurement processes.
Deliver exceptional client service and act as a representative of the firm’s federal market strategy.
Perform other duties as assigned to support federal growth and capture efforts.
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in AEC capture and proposal coordination, preferably in government sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Familiarity with GovWin, Deltek Vision/CRM, or other opportunity tracking tools preferred.
Understanding of federal procurement processes, including SAM.gov, SF330 preparation, and teaming strategies.
Skills & Attributes
