Description
Above Group is seeking a motivated and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to support with the proposal and coordination of field contract opportunities for Above Group as well as the preparation of proposals in pursuit of new contracts. While our ideal candidate will bring experience in the A/E/C industry, what we are looking for is someone with a strategic, can-win attitude that is detail-oriented and organized, as well as creative, efficient, and proactive. The right candidate will share our team-oriented approach, and thrive while handling multiple, detailed tasks. This is an exciting position that requires exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
General Duties
Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of proper staffing for interviews
Develop proposals, presentations, supporting materials and packages
Coordinate all proposal materials (graphics, text, forms and subconsultant material) into a polished, client-ready package
Support marketing strategy initiatives and tactical implementation
Support development and review of project-related graphics, written content development, and presentations
Assist in management of opportunity and pipeline database and compliance procedures
Research, track and document new business opportunities
Administrative support
Some travel for industry-related events, as needed
Requirements
The Marketing Coordinator shall meet the following minimum requirements:
Previous experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry preparing statements of qualifications and proposals; Familiarity with SF330 forms
Minimum of 2 years of marketing and proposal writing experience or related experience
Experience with Adobe InDesign, preferred
Clear communication, writing, and editing skills
Strong attention to detail, proofreading
Highly responsive, flexible, self-motivated, able to prioritize multiple tasks, coordinate shifting priorities, respond to short-term deadlines, and carry a heavy workload
Well-organized
Relates well to others, professional demeanor, prioritize customer satisfaction
Strong computer software skills, including Microsoft Office (with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
This is a remote position or will be a hybrid position for local residents
