Description
The Marketing Manager plays a key role in executing marketing and communication initiatives that support company growth. This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day marketing activities, support campaigns, and contribute to content creation across multiple channels.
Requirements
Content & Communications
- Draft and edit marketing materials such as brochures, one-pagers, proposals, and bylined articles.
- Support content planning and creation for blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand voice.
Digital Marketing
- Develop, schedule, and monitor marketing automation campaigns and CRM tools in alignment with practice goals.
- Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and engagement tracking.
- Coordinate website updates and assist with SEO-friendly content development.
Campaign Management
- Execute targeted campaigns across digital channels to support lead generation and client engagement.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with sales and practice development initiatives.
Brand & Events
- Support event promotion and coordination.
- Ensure brand consistency across visual and written materials.
- Design and edit digital marketing imagery and marketing assets within brand standards.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Partner with consultants and practice leaders to ensure marketing materials support firm initiatives.
- Manage projects, timelines, and communication with external clients and vendors.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Advanced knowledge of social media and email marketing (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM management (required).
- Understanding of SEO and website content management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, optimize content, and enhance marketing performance.
- Initiative and accountability in driving marketing deliverables.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Preferred Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing and communications.
- Experience in marketing for accounting, consulting, or other B2B service industries.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
