Position Overview
The Marketing Advisor at Inovautus Consulting plays a strategic and client-facing role, owning relationships with clients and supporting senior leaders engagements. This position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing projects, and overseeing public relations, branding, email marketing, social media, and content marketing initiatives. The Advisor leads integrated campaigns, refines marketing processes, and guides content strategy across digital and traditional channels. An ideal candidate combines creativity, analytical insight, and technological fluency. They will leverage AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency, personalization, and performance measurement while driving growth for both clients and the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Communications
- Lead the development of marketing materials such as one-pagers, proposals, bylined articles, and whitepapers that communicate client and firm expertise.
- Develop value propositions and messaging frameworks that support client positioning and business goals.
- Oversee content planning and editorial calendars for blogs, newsletters, and social media, including topic identification and management.
- Draft press pitches and oversee PR strategy to elevate brand visibility.
- Design and maintain AI-assisted content workflows, including prompt libraries, editorial standards, and quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
- Provide coaching on storytelling, tone, and message development across content formats.
Digital Marketing
- Design and oversee multi-channel campaigns leveraging HubSpot and other automation platforms.
- Direct and develop social media strategy, including channel mix, content cadence, and engagement standards.
- Define and execute SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility and authority.
- Support CRM selection and process design to optimize data flow and lifecycle marketing.
- Evaluate and implement AI and automation tools to enhance personalization, testing, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate digital advertising, sponsorships, and paid media, applying AI-driven targeting and optimization.
Campaign Management
- Develop marketing strategies for Tier 1 clients and assist with strategy for Tier 2 and 3 clients.
- Architect and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, retention, and brand awareness.
- Design performance dashboards that link marketing activity to revenue and pipeline metrics.
- Interpret analytics and apply AI insights to refine campaign strategy and decision-making.
- Advise clients on marketing budgets and advertising or sponsorship investments.
Brand & Events
- Oversee PR, branding, website, email, social media, and content marketing to ensure strategic alignment and consistency.
- Define and maintain brand standards across all client and firm touchpoints.
- Lead event marketing, including webinar planning, promotion, facilitation, and follow-up campaigns.
- Utilize AI tools for creative concepting, design prompts, and audience engagement tracking.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Serve as a strategic marketing partner to consultants, practice leaders, and client teams.
- Lead intake, scoping, and execution workflows for marketing projects to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee data governance, enrichment, and visibility across marketing systems.
- Establish AI and automation frameworks to standardize processes, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Facilitate marketing and communications training to elevate team capability and AI literacy.
- Manage vendor relationships and provide mentorship to marketing specialists.
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and audiences.
- Proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM, and analytics (required).
- Strong grasp of AI tools for content creation, optimization, audience segmentation, and performance reporting (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, or similar).
- Understanding of SEO, analytics, and emerging AI-powered search behaviors.
- Experience designing and managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or professional services, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Experience in marketing for accounting, consulting, or B2B professional services firms.
- Expertise in leveraging data-driven insights and AI capabilities to improve campaign performance and decision-making.
- Must display strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Able to communicate at all levels of an organization and build trust.
- Management or supervisory experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or public relations
- Demonstrated ongoing professional development in AI marketing tools, data analytics, or digital strategy preferred.
