The Opportunity
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in advancing PAE's mission to promote sustainable, high-performance design by securing high-caliber projects and clients. This position supports pursuit execution, relationship marketing, and data accuracy in collaboration with the Marketing Lead, Marketing Manager, and cross-disciplinary teams, contributing to PAE’s growth in strategic markets.

What You'll Do
- Track public leads using on-line subscription services, prepare Go/No Go summaries
- Develop and coordinate outreach plans for Project Managers to connect with potential clients
- Create and deliver best-in-class qualifications packages and pursuit materials
- Write, edit, and update boilerplate content, project descriptions, and image libraries
- Support pursuit and relationship marketing activities in coordination with the Marketing Lead
- Leverage AI-assisted tools and templates to improve speed, accuracy, and storytelling quality
- Enter and maintain project, pursuit, and client data in Deltek and OpenAsset to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with the Marketing Data team to validate information for dashboards and reporting
- Assist with development of presentations, awards, and event coordination
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- College degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years in a relevant position, at an architectural, engineering, or construction firm
- Strong writing, editing, and visual layout abilities
- Ability to translate technical information into engaging, audience-focused content
- Awareness of AI-assisted marketing tools and their use in writing, layout, or data visualization Strong skills in writing and graphic layout/design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint
- Strong organization, responsiveness, and prioritization skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability to new systems and tools
What We Offer
- Hiring Base Salary Range: $59,400-$77,200 annual
- This position is eligible for time and a half overtime payOpen to candidates in New York, NY and Boston, MA
The base salary is one component of PAE’s competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, employees are eligible for annual compensation reviews based on performance and business needs. The above range represents PAE's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
