Senior Marketing Coordinator
Ziegler Cooper Architects | Houston, TX

Ziegler Cooper Architects is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Senior Marketing Coordinator to support firmwide marketing and business development efforts. This role is ideal for an experienced AEC marketing professional with strong writing skills and a proven ability to produce winning proposals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead preparation of RFQs, RFPs, and interview materials from strategy through submission
• Write, edit, and assemble compelling proposals, qualifications, and presentations
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, project sheets, and resumes
• Create and update marketing content for the firm’s website and digital channels
• Coordinate closely with principals and project teams to gather accurate, strategic content

Requirements

What You Bring

• 10-15 years of marketing experience in the architecture  industry in Houston
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Demonstrated success managing multiple pursuits and meeting tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Squarespace, and various social media platforms 
• Experience working in Canva, and AI Platforms
• Be an active member of SMPS or other similar organizations for career development
