DBA is a collaborative firm of landscape architects and planners who have practiced in diverse professional realms and geographic regions. Benefits
DBA will pay 100% of Health & Dental premiums. Our plan allows for a spouse and dependents to be added to a subscriber’s coverage, however spouse and dependent health insurance premiums are to be paid by the employee. 10 days paid leave; 10 paid holidays per year; 2 personal days per year which do not accrue. Personal days are earned after six months of employment. After three months of working with DBA and a successful initial performance evaluation, you will be eligible to be enrolled in our Simple IRA plan. Employees may contribute a percentage of their compensation up to the IRS limitation each year. DBA will match up to 3% of the employee’s gross compensation, based on their current salary. After one month of employment DBA will pay for $30,000 of life insurance. (Employee must meet the insurer’s evaluation of insurability guidelines.) AFLAC coverages are available upon hire, however any such coverage(s) selected are to be paid by the employee.
