Company History
Since the company’s inception in 2003, we’ve seen steady growth in both the clients we serve and in the types of services offered – adapting and changing to meet their needs. Currently 3QC provides Commissioning; a holistic quality process spanning pre-design to post-construction operation and can be thought of as a checks-and-balances system that mitigates risk to the owner and ensures building systems functionality. Commissioning assists in the delivery of a project that provides a safe and healthful facility; optimizes energy use; reduces operating costs; ensures adequate O&M staff training; meets high performance criteria - CHPS, LEED and Green Building Codes; and improves building systems documentation. Ultimately, Commissioning saves time, money, and energy.

Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
3QC is the Commissioning Agent for the 3M sq. ft. Los Angeles Stadium that will be complete in time for the start of the 2020 football season. What makes this stadium unique is it will house both the Los Angeles Rams and the San Diego Chargers - a first for the NFL. Not only will the ambitious project meet the needs of the NFL, but it will be the centerpiece to what is being described as a sports and entertainment city in and of itself. Surrounded by a mixed-use community of restaurants, hotels, retail, residential, office space and public parks venue, it is planned to become an iconic structure of the future. The open design is reflective of the Southern California culture and its purpose to be a large gathering place for not only the NFL but arts, music, culture and possibly someday an Olympic venue.

We pay the first $500/month towards our company-sponsored health insurance (medical/dental/vision). Already have health insurance coverage? No problem – that $500 is paid out to you as compensation.
An Accident Indemnity Policy is provided for every employee in case of accidents outside of work + an offering of all AFLAC policies can be purchased for significantly affordable prices; such as life insurance, cancer, and hospitalization.
3QC provides a long-term disability policy for every employee.
Our 401(k) offerings include electing either pre-tax or Roth deferral programs + a Safe Harbor company contribution equal to 3% of your gross wages that are 100% vested. Additionally, 3QC has historically contributed a 3.6% profit-sharing/annually.
Interested in going back to school? 3QC will reimburse you 50% of the cost (limited to $2,000/calendar yr.) – as it pertains to our business practices.
You’ll accrue 10 days of vacation/yr. – which increases to 15 days of vacation after 5 years.
Our sick-leave policy allows time-off up to 40 hours/yr. – with an increase to 60 hours/yr. after 3 years.
After seven years of full-time continuous employment, we provide a 30-day paid-sabbatical to all employees.
