ALKA is one of the oldest real estate consulting firms in the mid- west and is a leader in planning and design services in the Chicago metroploitan area. The firms primary office is located in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, a northern suburb of Chicago. Mr. Allen Kracower, our founder continues to serve as our corporate President and CEO, and runs our day to day operations.
