Company Overview
Our corporate purpose is to provide expert construction and
facility management services to our clients within the tri-state region.
We are focused on customer service rather than driven by high volume. We function in the role as both as construction manager or general contractor with a specialty on interior commerical renovations. Many of our repeat clients are Fortune 500 firms headquartered in New Jersey.
Company History
Even though the BDT Group was just recently incorprated within the last 2 years, our President and owner, Brian Troast has 30 years of “hands-on” construction experience. His expertise in both the construction and facilities management industries is foundational to the firm. The cornerstone of our business is the team we have assembled to accomplish the successful completion of projects and manage the seamless operation of our clients facilities. Many of our employees have experience working together with Brian in previous family related businesses.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
Completed interior fit-out projects for the US headquarters offices of The Movado Group, Wyndham Worldwide and Realogy Corporation.
