At Bolton & Menk every day is a day to dream, plan and build for tomorrow. Ever since John Bolton and Martin Menk founded the company over six decades ago, we have been committed to engineering excellence and client service.
Many of our professional staff members have been with Bolton & Menk for 15 years or more, and the employee-owners have an average tenure of almost 20 years. Thanks to this low attrition, our staff is highly experienced and you'll have the opportunity to learn from the know-how our staff has gained over the years.
Today we have 10 offices throughout Minnesota and Iowa and work with clients throughout the world. We want you to see your vision of a better world unfold, serving communities in the Upper Midwest.

Our base benefits include life, disability, health and dental coverage for our employees. We provide these at no cost to every full time employee. Our employees have purchase options for dependent health and dental coverage and additional life, disability and vision coverage. We are paid hourly plus overtime. Our deferred compensation package includes 401(k), ESOP, profit sharing and discretionary incentive bonus programs.
