Company History
Armed with little more than an eighth-grade education and a knack for building things that last, Gus Bouten worked his way westward from Detroit with his father Theodore, a master craftsman. The two built many homes along the way, landing in Spokane in 1931. From then until now, Bouten Construction Company has based its reputation on the same values that Gus and Theodore shared: a single-minded work ethic, an openness to new ideas, and an unwavering commitment to exceeding clients’ expectations.
