Economic & Planning Systems, Inc. (EPS) is an innovative and highly respected land use economics consulting firm specializing in land use policy, urban planning, real estate investment, and public financing. Since 1983, EPS has worked on many of the largest public-private redevelopment projects in the western United States and crafted a practice that emphasizes forward-thinking land use planning, economic sustainability, and urban resiliency. Our firm’s outstanding reputation and positive relationships with both government and private clients has allowed us to serve as trusted advisors in complex land use and real estate negotiations, investment decisions, and policy formulation.
