Company History
EBDG was formed in December 1987 when three partners purchased the assets of Nickum & Spaulding Associates, Inc., a sixty-year old naval architecture firm with a reputation for quality marine design. Today, EBDG is an employee-owned company headquartered in Seattle, Washington, with an office in New Orleans, Louisiana.
