ESA specializes in all aspects of project planning, environmental analysis and assessment, natural resource management, environmental restoration and design, and regulatory compliance.
Company History
ESA was founded in California in 1969, shortly before enactment of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) landmark laws that have greatly influenced environmental planning and analysis.
For more than 45 years, our scientists and technical specialists have provided critical thinking and measured analysis to guide successful policy development, project planning, and enduring solutions. Our skilled managers, scientists, planners and engineers provide the kind of critical thinking, objectivity, dedication and responsiveness that is essential to a sustainable future and good environmental stewardship.
