KDA is an award winning design firm with over 25 years experience in the senior living industry. Our focus is on thoughtful design that embraces the three disciplines of architecture, interior design and landscape design. Many of our clients are mission-driven not-for-profits who are a pleasure to work with. Each project is as unique as the client.
