Company History
Founded in 1976 we have grown from a staff of 6 to a staff of 37. We have designed major projects, such as the Verizon Wireless Arena; Manchester Airport additions; Hospitals, and higher education facilities some of them award winning projects. Our web site also received an award - www.lbpa.com
Benefits
Company pays large portion of employee health insurance, employee pays total amount of dependent coverage.
We use a Time-off process for "vacation" time. We close the office the week of Christmas. Friday morning is "bagel" morning.
We have Dental but it is 100% paid by employee.
