Company Overview
As one of the largest integrated design firms in California, LPA Inc., has a distinct history of expertise in architecture, design and planning. Founded in 1965, LPA provides architectural, planning, landscape architecture, interior design, engineering, and graphic/signage services from early program development to project closeout.
With extensive experience in public and private architecture, our firm designs a diversity of facilities that span from K-12 schools, colleges and universities, to civic, corporate, religious and retail establishments.
Company History
Since our founding in 1965, sustainability has been the lens through which we filter our work. It is a consideration in every phase of our process, a fundamental value that has continuously steered our projects toward more responsible and thoughtful solutions. It has been on our radar from the very beginning, long before the rest of the industry started talking about it. Our recent firm award from the USGBC-OC Chapter and the jury comments speaks to our history and commitment to sustainability:

We work a flexible non-standard schedule— 9 hours Monday – Thursday, and 4 hours on Friday. We offer training programs, competitive pay, profit sharing, and a generous benefits package.
