MYR Group is a holding company of five specialty contractors across the U.S. Among the subsidiaries are Sturgeon Electric Company, founded in 1912, and located in Henderson CO. MYR Group's Colorado office is located at Sturgeon's Henderson facility.
MYR Companies provide electric utility services and electric commercial and industrial construction services. MYR Group employs approximately 3,000 employees nationwide. Clients include utilities, municipalities, government, etc. On the commercial/industrial side, clients include hospitals, manufacturing plants, refineries, hotels, etc.
