Over the past 12 years, Pacific Construction Services, Inc. has experienced exponential growth in both revenues and personnel. Due to growth and aggregate volume in 2004, Pacific Construction Services, Inc. graduated early from the Small Business Administration 8-A program.
PCS, Inc. believes firmly in the development of smaller minority owned firms and is currently involved in a mentor protégé relationship with a local Chicago construction company.
Featuring prominent Chicago clients, our project portfolio is diverse and distinguished. Project experience includes new construction, corporate interiors, tenant improvements, interior/exterior renovations, mixed-use condominium, retail centers and grocery stores for both public and private Clients. PCS believes that a successful project begins with placing our Client's interests above all else. Accordingly, we are committed to the application of a principled set of priorities designed to build trust, demonstrate proficiency and exceed expectations.
Company History
Founded by Ike Hong and Robert Caleo in 1993, Pacific Construction Services, Inc. began operations as a two person, minority-owned (MBE) construction management firm. Over the past 12 years, PCS, Inc. has developed into a full service general contracting and construction consulting firm, building a strong foundation of success through honesty and hard work.
