PEA is a Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Land Surveying consulting firm serving developers, planners, utilities, municipalities, architects, and contractors since 1947.

PEA’s portfolio of multifamily housing projects extends throughout the City of Detroit as well as the State of Michigan and we understand the importance of how these projects interact with the public realm. PEA has been engaged in a number of Green Stormwater Infrastructure projects throughout the City and understand the complexities and processes required to design facilities that meet the functional needs of our clients as well as DWSD’s requirements for GSI credits.
