Company Overview
PCS, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, with branch offices in Wheeling, West Virginia and Phoenix, Arizona, has been providing professional construction management services for nearly 20 years. PCS has extensive experience in providing project Owners with construction advisory and management services from initial conception through final completion of construction projects. Since 1988, PCS has been serving clients in the educational, healthcare, government/public sector, commercial, institutional, and transportation markets segments.
A partial list of our clients include Muskingum Area Technical College, The Morley Library, HealthSpace Cleveland, The MetroHealth System, Fairview Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Heather Hill Hospital, Ashtabula Area City Schools, Bellaire Local Schools, Cambridge City Schools, Rocky River City Schools, West Muskingum Schools, and numerous other K-12 school districts statewide; the Cuyahoga County Department of Central Services, GCRTA, and many architectural firms in Ohio and throughout the country.
Now with four corporate principals, each with more than 20 years of experience, and 40 additional construction management employees, PCS still appoints a principal-in-charge to each and every project assignment.

To PCS, providing professional Construction Management services means acting as an extension of the Owner’s staff, always keeping the interest of the Owner at the forefront on any decision or recommendation offered on the project. We help to manage all aspects of the design and construction process and our services continue well beyond occupancy to assist with staff training inclusive of the maintenance personnel and operation of your facility.
We offer full construction management and Owner’s Representive services to guide the Owner during the design and construction phases of the project, as well as providing a complete menu of stand-alone design phase services. These include estimating, value engineering, scheduling, and constructability reviews. We individually and collectively commit to bring this completed project to the Owner with the highest quality, on budget and schedule from early preconstruction through final completion and even beyond.

401(K) Safe Harbor Retirement Plan
Each Employee (18 years or older) is eligible to enroll the next January or the next July after the employee has completed 6 months of service. Employees may defer up to $15,000 of income per year for 2006. PCS has matched employee contributions up to 3% of the employee’s salary.
Health Insurance Program
PCS currently uses Anthem Blue Cross (Blue Access PPO) as its Health Care provider. Base coverage has a $30 co-pay for in-network providers. Prescription drug coverage is included with a co-pay range of $10-$30.
Dental Insurance
The Guardian currently provides PCS’s Dental Insurance.
PCS currently pays 75% and the employee pays 25% of the premium costs for:

Long Term Disability Insurance
PCS currently offers long term disability insurance through Hartford Life Insurance Company. It is the employee’s choice to participate in the plan and the employee is responsible for paying the monthly premium costs.

PCS Policy on Time Off
Employees accrue 6.67 hours per month (80 hours/2 weeks per year) for vacation beginning on the employee’s start date. Hours may be used as accrued. Employees accrue 10 hours per month (120 hours/3 weeks per year) beginning on the employee’s third anniversary date. Employees accrue 13.34 hours per month (160 hours/4 weeks per year) beginning on the employee’s tenth anniversary date.
In case of illness or personal emergency, employees are provided 40 hours of sick or personal time per year. Employees are eligible for sick/personal time after 6 months of service, after which the time will be pro-rated for the remainder of the year.
