Company Overview
RMC focuses on delivering innovative solutions to the water resource challenges of California. The company was founded on the principles of producing the highest quality work products for projects that enhance and improve our community and environment; employing the most enthusiastic and creative individuals; and dedicating ourselves to building valued, long-lasting relationships with our clients.
We believe the key to the success of achieving our business and financial goals will be our ability to attract and retain top quality professionals who are client-focused. Company History
RMC was established in 1998. We have eight offices across California: Walnut Creek, San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Monica, San Diego, Escondido, Irvine, and Sacramento.
RMC's co-founders have established a linear organizational structure, where they work alongside staff from senior project managers to entry level engineers and take a "hands on" role in project management. The people who do the work are the people who interact with clients, ensuring more responsive service. We believe that this "client focused" structure is not only good for our clients, it also creates opportunities for our capable employees to have direct contact and responsibility to clients early in their career.

RMC is an environmentally responsible company. Our Walnut Creek, San Francisco, and San Jose offices are recognized by the Bay Area Green Business Program as certified Green Businesses. Our Santa Monica office is recognized as a Green Business by the Santa Monica Green Business Certification Program. Our Sacramento office is certified as a Sustainable Business by the Sacramento County's Business Environmental Resource Center (BERC). All of our offices incorporate green business practices into their operations.
Benefits
Supporting the communities where we work is important to RMC. Each of our offices has an active outreach program that aims to contribute to our local neighborhoods.
