RCLCo pays for employees medical, dental, vision, LTD, life insurance benefits. We offer 2 weeks paid vacation your first year, and 3 beginning your second year. Our offices close the week between Christmas and New Year's Day. We also have 5 personal/sick days per year and 9 paid holidays.
