Saiful/Bouquet was founded in July 1997, by its two managing principals, Saiful Islam, Ph.D., SE, and Tom Bouquet, SE. Since its inception in 1997, SBI has been and continues to be one of the largest structural engineering firms in California. Our Firm is engaged in providing high quality structural engineering consulting services to a wide range of clients, including architects, public agencies, institutions, building owners, developers, and other consulting firms.
SBI provides a range of structural engineering services, including the following:
• New building design
• Seismic evaluation and retrofit of existing buildings
• Additions, renovations, and structural modifications
