Originally founded in 1898, Tishman Construction Corporation is one of the largest privately-owned construction management firms in the country, and is trusted to manage some of the most complex building projects ever conceived, such as: the Freedom Tower in New York City; Project CityCenter in Las Vegas; The John Hancock Tower in Chicago; The Borgata Hotel, Casino and Spa in Atlantic City; and 4 Times Square in New York City, the first environmentally-responsible office tower. With regional offices across the country and a diverse network of clients in the public and private sector, Tishman has almost $9 billion worth of construction work currently under contract.

The majority of Tishman’s work is performed as a Construction Manager, either on a fee basis or with a GMP. Tishman also serves clients as an Owner’s Representative, Program Manager and Consultant.
