Fortunato Construction Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative individual to serve as Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to our President & CEO, Lindsey Fortunato, AIA.

What You'll Do
Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and supporting materials for executive meetings, client presentations, and industry events.
- Manage travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, hotels, transportation, and related logistics.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Assist with personal tasks and scheduling, including personal appointments and the coordination of family events.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive personal and professional matters.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Conduct research and provide support on a wide range of business and personal matters as needed.
- Assist in managing the CEO's professional network, including scheduling meetings with clients, partners, and industry contacts.
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Marketing Support & Execution
- Assist in the development and execution of Fortunato Construction Group's marketing initiatives under the direction of the CEO.
- Produce polished marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, project profiles, and proposals with Adobe InDesign (experience with InDesign is a strong advantage).
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, developing content that reflects FCG's brand, culture, project work, and community involvement.
- Oversee updates to the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), working closely with the CEO and project teams to produce compelling, well-crafted submissions.
Community, Giving & Events
- Support the CEO's leadership of Fortunato Construction Group's corporate giving and community engagement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for FCG's annual charity golf tournament, managing all logistics from planning through execution.
- Organize and execute company events that bring employees together for fun, connection, and professional development reflecting FCG's family-focused, people-first culture.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Adobe InDesign is a meaningful advantage; other Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
- Comfort with social media platforms and website content management.
- Experience coordinating events, especially charity golf tournaments, other charitable initiatives, or community-facing programs is a plus.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential personal and professional information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate evolving priorities and a CEO who wears many hats.
- An ability to anticipate needs and act before being asked; this role rewards initiative.
- Experience in the construction, architecture, or related industry is a plus.
- Willingness to occasionally work outside standard business hours as needed.
