Role Description
Jericho Design Group is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team, based in either our Woodstock or Cumming office.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, design, organization, proposals, and the fast-moving world of architecture and public-sector work. The Marketing Coordinator will support a variety of marketing and business development efforts, including proposal/RFQ/RFP coordination, marketing materials, presentations, social media content, website updates, event coordination, and branded collateral.
This person will help support the pursuit process behind the municipal, public safety, justice, higher education, and community-focused projects we are proud to design.
Responsibilities include writing and editing content, maintaining marketing materials, coordinating project information, supporting internal teams, assisting with client outreach and events, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with Jericho’s brand, voice, and goals.
Qualifications
Strong communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Experience supporting marketing, proposal, or business development efforts in the AEC industry
Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CRM platforms
Experience with RFQs, RFPs, public-sector pursuits, municipal projects, or proposal coordination is strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate across teams, and keep projects moving
Strong attention to detail, creativity, organization, and follow-through
Comfortable creating marketing materials, presentations, proposals, social media content, project sheets, and other branded collateral
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a collaborative office environment
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred, but not required
Previous experience in architecture, design, construction, engineering, or professional services is strongly preferred
