APC Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of a high-impact marketing strategy that supports our growth from $100M to $1B in annual revenue.
This is a unique opportunity to build a marketing program from the ground up within a high-growth construction company known for excellence in Industrial, Power, Federal, and Heavy Civil markets. Reporting directly to the President, the Marketing Director will work closely with executive leadership and division managers to strengthen APC’s brand presence, support business development efforts, and position the company as a first-tier contractor across the Gulf South.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enterprise-level marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Lead APC’s corporate rebrand and brand positioning efforts
- Oversee website, digital marketing, and social media strategy
- Create compelling content highlighting projects, people, safety achievements, and company capabilities
- Support business development initiatives and strategic pursuits
- Manage marketing budgets and measure performance metrics
- Build and lead a scalable marketing team
- Manage external agencies and vendors
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience; construction, industrial, or related industries preferred
- Proven success building and scaling brands
- Experience leading rebranding initiatives and digital transformations
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical operations into compelling market messaging
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
