GH2 Architects, LLC (GH2) is seeking a Marketing / Proposal Coordinator to join our award-winning team. GH2 maintains offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Denver, and Phoenix. This position is available at our Tulsa or Oklahoma City locations.
We are passionate about providing exceptional marketing collateral to support our firm’s business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong graphic design background and experience working with marketing & business development teams, firm management, and project managers to respond to requests for qualifications and proposals.

Our national team of dedicated professionals provides fully integrated in-house architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture services. Our firm operates with a flat organizational structure and has a diverse portfolio of work, including education, government/public, healthcare, office, non-profit, and recreation. GH2 maintains dedicated specialty practices in hospitality, equine, and historic preservation architecture.
GH2 team members participate in a design-oriented practice with colleagues who celebrate exceptional work, client service, and engagement with our professions and communities. They receive supplemental technical and professional education tailored to their interests and professional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create world-class proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Create graphic design/digital assets to be used in firm-wide marketing collateral.
Additional Responsibilities and Support:
- Maintain standardized collateral materials including resumes, project descriptions, photographs, etc.
- Maintain firm brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
- Assist with maintaining CRM with contacts, project information, etc.
- Assist with social media, digital media, and website content efforts.
- Assist in the coordination of internal and client events.
- Assist in planning and coordination of tradeshows, conferences, and career fairs.
- Assist in coordinating, scheduling, and attending photoshoots.
- Assist with maintaining inventory of promotional products and developing new promotional ideas and products.
- Assist with award submissions.
Requirements
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design.
- 1-2+ years’ experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry preferred.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proactive planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Strong composition and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment with a dispersed team.
- Experience using OpenAsset, Cosential, and SharePoint is a benefit but not required.
- As a multi-faceted firm, candidates will be flexible to support additional firm efforts as required.
